'what our guests are saying'

Mae, June 2023

'We had an incredible stay at Camp David Retreat this past weekend! We spent the day hiking and swimming! The kitchen was fully equipped and we could bake a cake for the birthday boy. We enjoyed a beautiful Texas sunset over the hill country. A storm rolled in, and we sat on the beautiful deck and watched the lightning roll in. We ended the night with a campfire and listened to the cicadas. It was the perfect day! We spent most of the day outdoors, but once we moved inside the lodge, we felt comfortable and at home. There were plenty of blankets and the beds were very comfortable! My only regret is we didn’t stay longer! We can’t wait to come back!!.'
